Trust in him at all times, you people;
pour out your hearts to him,
for God is our refuge.
6 I tell you that something greater than the temple is here. 7 If you had known what these words mean, ‘I desire mercy, not sacrifice,’ you would not have condemned the innocent.
Now faith is confidence in what we hope for and assurance about what we do not see.
A friend loves at all times,
and a brother is born for a time of adversity.
