While I acknowledge not all job postings result in a hire, and some are \u2018ghost jobs\u2019, since I was comparing the relative growth in job titles, this didn\u2019t seem like a big issue to me.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">I simply wanted to know\u00a0<em><strong>which specific job titles declined or grew the most<\/strong><\/em>\u00a0in 2025, compared to 2024.
