That is why, within the world of higher ed, I think<a href=\"http:\/\/www.calvin.edu\/~dsc8\/consortiums.htm\" target=\"_blank\"> the use of pooling resources and expanding the use of consortiums <\/a>might take off;\u00a0 and\/or&#8230;perhaps there will be more contributions to open source alternatives&#8230;I&#8217;m not sure. But this report shows that it can take a significant amount of time to create the content.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #800000;\">The important thing for the online world here is to leverage these efforts again and again and again.
