And after last year\u2019s bungled FAFSA rollout, families are warier than ever of financial aid promises.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">\u201cWe know what\u2019s going on with confidence in higher education, and one element of that is increasing cost and increasing debt levels,\u201d said James Milliken, chancellor of the UT system.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\"><strong>It\u2019s part of a broader marketing and recruitment effort to raise awareness of the financial aid resources at colleges with staggeringly high sticker prices\u2014she calls it a \u201cclear cost\u201d initiative.
