They must do better.<br \/>\n&#8230;<br \/>\nHere are some questions clerks always ask me:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>What are my options for redress?<\/li>\n<li>Can I report the mistreatment anonymously?<\/li>\n<li>Will I be protected against retaliation by the judge?<\/li>\n<li>Will I experience reputational harm in the legal profession when job searching if I speak out, leave my clerkship early, or file a complaint?<\/li>\n<li>Do you hear from other clerks like me?
