Those lawsuits were either filed under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) or\u00a0California\u2019s Unruh Act; any violation of the ADA is considered a violation of the Unruh Act.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">While the plaintiffs cited a variety of issues, multimedia accessibility is a common point of concern.
