That law students graduate too heavily in debt and deeply stressed? That legal education seems impossible to reform? But I\u2019m here with some good news! There\u2019s a simple and straightforward path to resolving these and many other problems with legal education and bar admission.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">We start by getting rid of the law degree.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">Now, hold on, let me be clear \u2014 I don\u2019t mean kill the law degree\u00a0<em>itself<\/em>. That would be crazy.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\"><strong>No, I mean, let\u2019s get rid of the law degree as a mandatory element of the lawyer licensing process.
