It\u2019s a  wild organism of sweeping cultural change \u2014 one that leaves <a title=\"Google I\/O: The Web is Killing Radio, Newspapers, Magazines and   TV\" href=\"http:\/\/techcrunch.com\/2010\/05\/19\/google-web-growth\/?utm_source=feedburner&amp;utm_medium=feed&amp;utm_campaign=Feed%3A+Techcrunch+%28TechCrunch%29\">the  carcasses of dead  media forms<\/a> in its sizeable wake. It\u2019s  transformative: it has transformed the vast globe into a \u2018global  village\u2019 and it has drawn human communication away from print-based  media and into a <a title=\"The Gutenberg Parenthesis\" href=\"http:\/\/www.niemanlab.org\/2010\/04\/the-gutenberg-parenthesis-thomas-pettitt-on-parallels-between-the-pre-print-era-and-our-own-internet-age\/\">post-Gutenberg  digital era<\/a>. Right now, its perils are equal to its potential. <\/span><\/strong>The  debate over \u2018net neutrality\u2019 is at a fever pitch.
