Who has believed our message<\/span><\/span>
\n\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/span>and to whom has the arm\u00a0of the\u00a0Lord<\/span>\u00a0been revealed?<\/span><\/span>
\n2\u00a0<\/sup>He grew up before him like a tender shoot,<\/span>
\n\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/span>and like a root\u00a0out of dry ground.<\/span><\/span>
\nHe had no beauty or majesty to attract us to him,<\/span>
\n\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/span>nothing in his appearance\u00a0that we should desire him.<\/span><\/span>
\n3\u00a0<\/sup>He was despised and rejected by mankind,<\/span>
\n\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/span>a man of suffering,\u00a0and familiar with pain.<\/span><\/span>
\nLike one from whom people hide\u00a0their faces<\/span>
\n\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/span>he was despised,\u00a0and we held him in low esteem.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

4\u00a0<\/sup>Surely he took up our pain<\/span>
\n\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/span>and bore our suffering,<\/span><\/span>
\nyet we considered him punished by God,<\/span>
\n\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/span>stricken by him, and afflicted.<\/span><\/span>
\n5\u00a0<\/sup>But he was pierced\u00a0for our transgressions,<\/span>
\n\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/span>he was crushed\u00a0for our iniquities;<\/span><\/span>
\nthe punishment\u00a0that brought us peace\u00a0was on him,<\/span>
\n\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/span>and by his wounds\u00a0we are healed.<\/span><\/span>
\n6\u00a0<\/sup>We all, like sheep, have gone astray,<\/span>
\n\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/span>each of us has turned to our own way;<\/span><\/span>
\nand the\u00a0Lord<\/span>\u00a0has laid on him<\/span>
