Adjuncts may not get paid for the extra work the shift requires and may lack adequate access to necessary technology tools and training. They also have health concerns to consider, since they usually don\u2019t get paid sick days or health care benefits from their college employers. <\/strong><\/span><\/em><\/p>\n
