It\u2019s a really cool professional development model. <em>(In case  you\u2019re interested, they are using Tandberg equipment.)<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">So imagine this:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">\n<li> The model teacher is in the classroom \u2013 and videoconferences back  with a group of teachers at another site.<\/li>\n<li>She explains the idea for the lesson; prep etc.<\/li>\n<li>She teaches the lesson. The teachers at the other site are watching.  A mic is on the teacher, and a room mic is used also.
