According to a McKinsey analysis of 2,000 different work activities across 800 occupations, automation will change virtually every job across all occupations. <a href=\"https:\/\/qz.com\/884614\/how-many-us-jobs-are-at-risk-of-automation\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Specifically, McKinsey found that in about 60% of occupations, 30% of tasks could be handed over to robots and bots. \u201cMore occupations will change,\u201d the report concludes, \u201cthan will be automated away.\u201d<\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">Other sources have <a href=\"http:\/\/www.oxfordmartin.ox.ac.uk\/publications\/view\/1314\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">predicted that automation of professional knowledge economy jobs in the United States will be more than 10\u00a0times as large as the number of manufacturing jobs automated to date.<\/a><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\"><strong>So how does one prepare for this volatile, uncertain, complex, and ambiguous world of work?
