For one thing, it  ensures a perennial political backlash, which can\u2019t serve shareholders  over time. <span style=\"color: #800000;\">And beyond this, as a business matter, <\/span><strong><span style=\"color: #800000;\">it means there\u2019s <span style=\"color: #008000;\">a  huge opening for any number of \u201cWal-Marts of higher ed\u201d to win a vast  market<\/span> of underserved or overindebted young Americans (or mid-career  workers who seek training) who desperately need affordable, high-quality  educational services.
