The idea is to share risk between schools and vendors \u2014 and create incentives for both sides to pay closer attention to whether an intervention is working.<\/p>\n<p><em><span style=\"color: #800000;\">From DSC: <\/span><\/em><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #800000;\">This could be tough to do.
