Today\u2019s post is about\u00a0a scenario for higher ed\u2019s future<\/a>.\u00a0 It\u2019s not from me, but created by one Matthew F. Wilson, director of Research Translation and AI Strategy at Baylor\u2019s Institute for Global Human Flourishing.\u00a0 \u201cThe 2031 Crisis in Higher Education\u201d is a dark one, imagining an accelerating decline for American colleges and universities.

\nOne key assumption of this scenario is that most colleges and universities will be unable to redesign themselves for the changing time.

\nAll of that said, it\u2019s a fascinating and daunting scenario.\u00a0 It\u2019s an interesting vision of my post-peak higher ed<\/a>\u00a0world.<\/p>\n
