One\u00a0promising and relatively unexplored model\u00a0is staffing agencies.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">This Field Briefing reviews the landscape of opportunity for harnessing America&#8217;s $200 billion staffing industry to grow apprenticeship. It explores the fit between apprenticeship intermediary functions and capacities of staffing firms. And it offers examples of how staffing agencies todays are supporting apprenticeship activies of their customers. Ultimately, it will take policy simplification and stable funding to fully benefit from the integration of the staffing industry and apprenticeship.
