I was trying to put together some of the key  change factors leading organizations to adopt e-learning stand-alone and  as a part of the training blend. I arrived at these factors driving the  change:<\/p>\n<p>1. Business Strategy<br \/>\n2. Geographical Expansion Of Business<br \/>\n3.\u00a0New Business Opportunities (which may lead to new skill development)<br \/>\n4.\u00a0Cost and Benefits<br \/>\n5.\u00a0Organizational Culture\/Demographics<br \/>\n6.\u00a0Infrastructural Readiness<br \/>\n7.\u00a0Management Support<\/p>\n<p>Some of these change factors translate to simply \u2018business needs\u2019 which  fuel the need for e-learning in the business.
