And that has to do with the amazing amount of talents, abilities, and gifts that are being wasted daily when students drop out of school or college. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #800000;\">So I appreciated hearing about what some of the community colleges are doing to try to &#8220;cap the spill&#8221; &#8212; to stop this waste of talent.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #800000;\"><strong>We must help students find and develop their passions. <\/strong>Should we look at changing some of the requirements\/curriculums out there?
