Isaiah 53:3-6 New International Version<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n

3 <\/sup><\/span>He was despised and rejected by mankind,<\/span>
\n\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/span>a man of suffering,\u00a0and familiar with pain.<\/span><\/span>
\nLike one from whom people hide\u00a0their faces<\/span>
\n\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/span>he was despised,\u00a0and we held him in low esteem.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

4\u00a0<\/sup>Surely he took up our pain<\/span>
\n\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/span>and bore our suffering,<\/span><\/span>
\nyet we considered him punished by God,<\/span>
