Could we help catalyze an ecosystem with wraparound support across sectors?<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">To design this, we have to look at the full pipeline and its \u201cleakage\u201d points, from getting talent trained and in the door all the way up to the C-suite.
