Luke 1:76-78\u00a0<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n

76\u00a0And you, my child, will be called a prophet\u00a0of the Most High;
\nfor you will go on before the Lord to prepare the way for him,
\n77\u00a0to give his people the knowledge of salvation
\nthrough the forgiveness of their sins,
\n78\u00a0because of the tender mercy of our God,
\nby which the rising sun will come to us from heaven<\/p>\n

8\u00a0<\/sup>And there were shepherds living out in the fields nearby, keeping watch over their flocks at night.<\/span>\u00a09\u00a0<\/sup>An angel\u00a0of the Lord appeared to them, and the glory of the Lord shone around them, and they were terrified.<\/span>\u00a010\u00a0<\/sup>But the angel said to them, \u201cDo not be afraid.\u00a0I bring you good news that will cause great joy for all the people.<\/span>\u00a011\u00a0<\/sup>Today in the town of David a Savior\u00a0has been born to you; he is the Messiah,\u00a0the Lord.<\/span>\u00a012\u00a0<\/sup>This will be a sign\u00a0to you: You will find a baby wrapped in cloths and lying in a manger.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n

13\u00a0<\/span><\/sup>Suddenly a great company of the heavenly host appeared with the angel, praising God and saying,<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
