While typical NLU tasks focus on the user’s intent, NLA allows for the assessment of an answer from multiple perspectives. In situations where a user wants to know how good their answer is, NLA can offer an analysis of how close the answer is to what is expected. In situations where there may not be a \u201ccorrect\u201d answer, NLA can offer subtle insights that include topicality, relevance, verbosity, and beyond.
