It takes a long time to become a proficient coder, and it still doesn\u2019t give you a holistic overview of how digital technologies get made. <span style=\"color: #800000;\"><strong>The good news is that most leaders don\u2019t need to learn to code. Instead, they need to learn how to work with people who code.
