We must make schools human again.<\/strong><\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\"><strong>Avoid toxic positivity.\u00a0<\/strong>Toxic positivity\u00a0is the belief that no matter how bad a situation is, we should all have a positive mindset about it. Toxic positivity isn\u2019t optimism. Toxic positivity rejects or refuses to acknowledge how difficult things can be.
