But you\u2019d also feel stressed out and frustrated.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">I wish I had realized this years ago.\u00a0Something can be \u201cchallenging\u201d and also be at the very bottom of Bloom\u2019s Taxonomy.\u00a0Something can be \u201cchallenging\u201d and even impede learning.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\"><strong>So here\u2019s the word I use now when I\u2019m planning lessons for Byrdseed.TV:\u00a0interesting.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\"><strong>I want to \u201cinterest\u201d students.\u00a0A student who is\u00a0interested\u00a0will work over the weekend simply because they want to know more. An\u00a0interested\u00a0student will stay in from recess by choice to keep at it.
