She is a fantastic professor, as well as a caring, hard-working person &#8212; an excellent colleague whom I&#8217;m very grateful to have the privilege of working alongside.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-70997\" src=\"http:\/\/danielschristian.com\/learning-ecosystems\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/06\/Feedback-OLeary-Friedman-June2020.jpg\" alt=\"Daniel: Do our learning environments and systems promote our students' self-motivation?
