1\u00a0<\/sup>Praise the\u00a0Lord<\/span>,\u00a0my soul;<\/span>
\n\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/span>all my inmost being, praise his holy name.<\/span><\/span>
\n2\u00a0<\/sup>Praise the\u00a0Lord<\/span>,\u00a0my soul,<\/span>
\n\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/span>and forget not\u00a0all his benefits\u2014<\/span><\/span>
\n3\u00a0<\/sup>who forgives all your sins<\/span>
\n\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/span>and heals\u00a0all your diseases,<\/span><\/span>
\n4\u00a0<\/sup>who redeems your life\u00a0from the pit<\/span>
\n\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/span>and crowns you with love and compassion,<\/span><\/span>
\n5\u00a0<\/sup>who satisfies\u00a0your desires with good things<\/span>
\n\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/span>so that your youth is renewed\u00a0like the eagle\u2019s.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

6\u00a0<\/sup>The\u00a0Lord<\/span>\u00a0works righteousness<\/span>
\n\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/span>and justice for all the oppressed.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

7\u00a0<\/sup>He made known\u00a0his ways\u00a0to Moses,<\/span>
\n\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/span>his deeds\u00a0to the people of Israel:<\/span><\/span>
\n8\u00a0<\/sup>The\u00a0Lord<\/span>\u00a0is compassionate and gracious,<\/span>
\n\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/span>slow to anger, abounding in love.<\/span><\/span>
\n9\u00a0<\/sup>He will not always accuse,<\/span>
\n\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/span>nor will he harbor his anger forever;<\/span><\/span>
\n10\u00a0<\/sup>he does not treat us as our sins deserve<\/span>
\n\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/span>or repay us according to our iniquities.<\/span><\/span>
\n11\u00a0<\/sup>For as high as the heavens are above the earth,<\/span>
\n\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/span>so great is his love\u00a0for those who fear him;<\/span><\/span>
\n12\u00a0<\/sup>as far as the east is from the west,<\/span>
\n\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/span>so far has he removed our transgressions\u00a0from us.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

13\u00a0<\/sup>As a father has compassion\u00a0on his children,<\/span>
\n\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/span>so the\u00a0Lord<\/span>\u00a0has compassion on those who fear him;<\/span><\/span>
\n14\u00a0<\/sup>for he knows how we are formed,<\/span>
\n\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/span>he remembers that we are dust.<\/span><\/span>
\n15\u00a0<\/sup>The life of mortals is like grass,<\/span>
\n\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/span>they flourish like a flower\u00a0of the field;<\/span><\/span>
\n16\u00a0<\/sup>the wind blows\u00a0over it and it is gone,<\/span>
\n\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/span>and its place\u00a0remembers it no more.<\/span><\/span>
\n17\u00a0<\/sup>But from everlasting to everlasting<\/span>
\n\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/span>the\u00a0Lord<\/span>\u2019s love is with those who fear him,<\/span><\/span>
\n\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/span>and his righteousness with their children\u2019s children\u2014<\/span><\/span>
\n18\u00a0<\/sup>with those who keep his covenant<\/span>
