And 30 million of them exist in this country, compared to 36 million &#8220;good jobs&#8221; for workers with four-year college degrees. <strong><span style=\"color: #800000;\">The share of good jobs held by those without a BA has shrunken from 60 percent in 1991 to 45 percent today.<\/span> <\/strong>Those are the singular findings of a research project undertaken by the\u00a0Georgetown University Center on Education and the Workforce\u00a0and supported by\u00a0JPMorgan Chase &amp; Co\u00a0to understand the impact of economic change wrought by the Great Recession.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\"><strong>The share of good jobs held by those without a BA has shrunken from 60 percent in 1991 to 45 percent today.<\/strong><\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\"><strong>People without a bachelor&#8217;s degree make up two-thirds (64 percent) of all workers.
