Mace at North Carolina State University.<sup id=\"cite_ref-Rose_.26_Meyer.2C_2002_5-1\" class=\"reference\">[5]<\/sup>\u00a0 Universal design calls for &#8220;the design of products and environments to be usable by all people, to the greatest extent possible, without the need for adaptation or specialized design\u201d.<sup id=\"cite_ref-8\" class=\"reference\">[8]<\/sup><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #800000;\">These concepts benefit all learners.
