I remembering offering training sessions on PROFS &amp; Microsoft Mail where I mentioned to the attendees that we would be using much more multimedia-based communications in the future. At that time, I was referring to the idea that voicemail &amp; email systems would be more tightly integrated and that we would be<\/span> <span style=\"color: #800000;\">receiving more audio &amp; video-based messages directly within our email mailboxes.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #800000;\">20+ years later, I\u2019m finally experiencing that! Excellent! It took longer than I thought it was going to take, but it\u2019s here.
