Ship your grain across the sea;<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/span>after many days you may receive a return.<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n2\u00a0<\/sup>Invest in seven ventures, yes, in eight;<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/span>you do not know what disaster may come upon the land.<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

\n

3\u00a0<\/sup>If clouds are full of water,<\/span>
\n\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/span>they pour rain on the earth.<\/span><\/span>
\nWhether a tree falls to the south or to the north,<\/span>
\n\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/span>in the place where it falls, there it will lie.<\/span><\/span>
\n4\u00a0<\/sup>Whoever watches the wind will not plant;<\/span>
\n\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/span>whoever looks at the clouds will not reap.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

5\u00a0<\/sup>As you do not know the path of the wind,<\/span>
\n\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/span>or how the body is formed[a<\/a>]<\/sup> in a mother\u2019s womb,<\/span><\/span>
\nso you cannot understand the work of God,<\/span>
\n\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/span>the Maker of all things.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

6\u00a0<\/sup>Sow your seed in the morning,<\/span><\/strong>
\n\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/span>and at evening let your hands not be idle,<\/span><\/span><\/strong>
\nfor you do not know which will succeed,<\/span><\/strong>
\n\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/span>whether this or that,<\/span><\/span><\/strong>
\n\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/span>or whether both will do equally well.<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\nThis advice may prove incredibly beneficial for businesspeople, entrepreneurs, freelancers, and innovators.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

But I have it that these words could also apply to the future of education — especially to those of us trying to determine\/influence the future of higher education.<\/strong><\/span>\u00a0\u00a0 TRIMTAB Groups within higher ed will need to live by those words.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n
