Beyond studies, MBA programs offer up-and-coming C-suiters access to the graduate-level schmoozing that could come in handy later on. Nevertheless, the online MBA program is growing,\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/msp.imirus.com\/Mpowered\/book\/vds2014\/i5\/p98\" data-ls-seen=\"1\">Delta Sky Magazine\u2019s Kevin Featherly reports<\/a>. What they lack in post-exam cordials with the professor, they make up for in a more diverse, more experienced student body, say advocates. \u201cIn ground-based programs, you\u2019re connected to a more local audience,\u201d the dean of the University of Bridgeport\u2019s Ernest C. Trefz School of Business tells Delta. \u201cIn the online program, you\u2019re interacting with business professionals from around the world.\u201d But not everything is so encouraging. We must change.
