We all, like sheep, have gone astray, each of us has turned to our own way; and the Lord has laid on him the iniquity of us all.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.biblegateway.com\/passage\/?version=NIV&amp;search=2+Corinthians+5:21\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>2 Corinthians 5:21\u00a0(NIV)\u00a0<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">God made him who had no sin to be sin for us, so that in him we might become the righteousness of God.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.biblegateway.com\/passage\/?search=Romans+5%3A6-8&amp;version=NIV\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>Romans 5:6-8 NIV<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">You see, at just the right time, when we were still powerless, Christ died for the ungodly. Very rarely will anyone die for a righteous person, though for a good person someone might possibly dare to die. But God demonstrates his own love for us in this: While we were still sinners, Christ died for us.<\/p>\n<p><strong><a title=\"1 Corinthians 15:1, 3-4\" href=\"http:\/\/www.biblegateway.com\/passage\/?version=NIV&amp;search=1%20Corinthians%2015:1,%203-4\" target=\"_blank\">1 Corinthians 15:1, 3-4<\/a> <a title=\"New International Version\" href=\"http:\/\/www.biblegateway.com\/versions\/index.php?action=getVersionInfo&amp;vid=31\">NIV<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">[ <i>The Resurrection of Christ<\/i> ] Now, brothers and sisters, I want to remind you of the gospel I preached to you, which you received and on which you have taken your stand.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">&#8230;<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">For what I received I passed on to you as of first importance: that Christ died for our sins according to the Scriptures, that he was buried, that he was raised on the third day according to the Scriptures,<\/p>\n<p><strong><a title=\"1 Corinthians 15:20-22\" href=\"http:\/\/www.biblegateway.com\/passage\/?version=NIV&amp;search=1%20Corinthians%2015:20-22\" target=\"_blank\">1 Corinthians 15:20-22 (NIV)<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">But Christ has indeed been raised from the dead, the firstfruits of those who have fallen asleep. For since death came through a man, the resurrection of the dead comes also through a man. For as in Adam all die, so in Christ all will be made alive.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.biblegateway.com\/passage\/?search=Matthew+28%3A1-10&amp;version=NIV\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>Matthew 28:1-10 (NIV)<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><strong><span id=\"en-NIV-24197\" class=\"text Matt-28-1\">Jesus Has Risen<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><span class=\"text Matt-28-1\"><span class=\"chapternum\">28\u00a0<\/span>After the Sabbath, at dawn on the first day of the week, Mary Magdalene and the other Mary went to look at the tomb.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><span id=\"en-NIV-24198\" class=\"text Matt-28-2\"><sup class=\"versenum\">2\u00a0<\/sup>There was a violent earthquake, for an angel of the Lord came down from heaven and, going to the tomb, rolled back the stone and sat on it.<\/span> <span id=\"en-NIV-24199\" class=\"text Matt-28-3\"><sup class=\"versenum\">3\u00a0<\/sup>His appearance was like lightning, and his clothes were white as snow.<\/span> <span id=\"en-NIV-24200\" class=\"text Matt-28-4\"><sup class=\"versenum\">4\u00a0<\/sup>The guards were so afraid of him that they shook and became like dead men.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><span id=\"en-NIV-24201\" class=\"text Matt-28-5\"><sup class=\"versenum\">5\u00a0<\/sup>The angel said to the women, \u201cDo not be afraid, for I know that you are looking for Jesus, who was crucified.<\/span> <span id=\"en-NIV-24202\" class=\"text Matt-28-6\"><sup class=\"versenum\">6\u00a0<\/sup>He is not here; he has risen, just as he said. Come and see the place where he lay.<\/span> <span id=\"en-NIV-24203\" class=\"text Matt-28-7\"><sup class=\"versenum\">7\u00a0<\/sup>Then go quickly and tell his disciples: \u2018He has risen from the dead and is going ahead of you into Galilee. There you will see him.\u2019 Now I have told you.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><span id=\"en-NIV-24204\" class=\"text Matt-28-8\"><sup class=\"versenum\">8\u00a0<\/sup>So the women hurried away from the tomb, afraid yet filled with joy, and ran to tell his disciples.<\/span> <span id=\"en-NIV-24205\" class=\"text Matt-28-9\"><sup class=\"versenum\">9\u00a0<\/sup>Suddenly Jesus met them. <span class=\"woj\">\u201cGreetings,\u201d<\/span> he said. They came to him, clasped his feet and worshiped him.<\/span> <span id=\"en-NIV-24206\" class=\"text Matt-28-10\"><sup class=\"versenum\">10\u00a0<\/sup>Then Jesus said to them, <span class=\"woj\">\u201cDo not be afraid. Go and tell my brothers to go to Galilee; there they will see me.\u201d<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.biblegateway.com\/passage\/?search=Luke+24%3A1-8+&amp;version=NIV\" target=\"_blank\">Luke 24:1-8 (NIV) <\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">On the first day of the week, very early in the morning, the women took the spices they had prepared and went to the tomb. They found the stone rolled away from the tomb, but when they entered, they did not find the body of the Lord Jesus. While they were wondering about this, suddenly two men in clothes that gleamed like lightning stood beside them. In their fright the women bowed down with their faces to the ground, but the men said to them, \u201cWhy do you look for the living among the dead? He is not here; he has risen!
