In other words s\/he needs to be able to extract the \u201csignal from the noise\u201d.<\/li>\n<li>S\/he needs to be able to \u201cjoin the dots\u201d between resources \u2013 and show how one relates to the other.<\/li>\n<li>S\/he needs to be able to contextualize resources and make them relevant to the participants \u2013 drawing out the salient point(s) of the resources s\/he shares.<\/li>\n<li>S\/he needs to be able to model good knowledge sharing skills.<\/li>\n<li>S\/he needs to \u201cthink small\u201d \u2013 and create short manageable micro-learning activities.<\/li>\n<li>S\/he needs to \u201cthink social\u201d- and how she can inspire and encourage short social learning experiences.<\/li>\n<li>S\/he needs to \u201cthink flexible\u201d \u00a0\u2013 and how she can support autonomy and choice in users\u2019 participation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/idreflections.blogspot.com\/2014\/03\/from-micro-learning-to-corporate-moocs.html?\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>From Micro-Learning to Corporate MOOCs<\/strong> <\/a>&#8212; from idreflections.blogspot.com by\u00a0Sahana Chattopadhyay<\/p>\n<p><em>Excerpt:<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">I see MOOC as a dissemination model that offer a unique opportunity to integrate both\u2014micro-learning and learning flows. It is an approach that \u2013 if done right \u2013 can integrate all aspects of the <b>Pervasive Learning<\/b> model \u2013 Formal, Informal and Social \u2013 popularized by Dan Pontefract in the book, <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Flat Army<\/span>. I will discuss this in a later post.
