Viewed by some as shaking up higher education, and seen by others as mostly <a href=\"http:\/\/gettingsmart.com\/cms\/edreformer\/hype-vs-hope-san-jose-state-udacity-vs-linn-state-technical-college\/\">hype<\/a>, MOOCs have moved into a position of public attention that is certain to endure.
