When asked to make copyright decisions, uncertain librarians and educators tend to take more conservative copyright positions than necessary for fear of liability.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">Today, the American Library Association\u2019s Office for Information Technology Policy (OITP) released the book \u201cComplete Copyright for K\u201312 Librarians and Educators\u201d to help librarians and teachers understand copyright law.
