We\u2019re not talking classes and workshops here.<span style=\"color: #800000;\"><strong> Creating a new order of business requires learning ecologies<\/strong><\/span> \u2014 what we\u2019ve been calling Workscapes \u2014 that make it <span style=\"color: #800000;\">simple and enjoyable for people to learn what they need to get the job done<\/span>. Companies that fail to learn will wither and die.<\/p>\n<p>As all business becomes social business, <strong><span style=\"color: #800000;\">L&amp;D professionals face a momentous choice.<\/span><\/strong> <span style=\"color: #800000;\">They can remain Chief Training Officers and instructors who get novices up to speed, deliver events required by compliance, and run in-house schools.
