		<description>Good call -- at the turn of the century, Blockbuster had crushed many mom-and-pop video stores and was sitting on top of the world...now look at them. 

It seems to me that we need to constantly need to reinvent ourselves and our organizations.

		<description>Glad I am not the only one to see this parallel!  You are exactly right.  It&#039;s not that it was not foreseeable, it&#039;s that when a company is worth $8.4 Billion it&#039;s hard to believe it can all go away. I am sure the Romans had a similar problem. :)
